Genuine carers are hard to find and as a business you cannot function without them. Genuine carers strive ti give their service users the best possible care at all times. We have all seen the media reporting cases of neglect where some carers are barely attending to their service users basic needs. Although providing the basic induction training and NVQ award should help people understand the need for professionalism. Saying that, if someone cannot grasp the importance of carrying out their care tasks professionally then they should not be in the job.

Training towards and gaining an NVQ 3 Social Care award will leave you with a sense of achievement and it should do as the questions are hard to understand at the best of times. Your next step will now be NVQ 4 Social Care Management and this will be tougher. You need all the help you need. I'm not saying that you should copy another persons NVQ Social Care answers but use the information as guidance for your own structured answers.
